About The Role
We are currently looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support our team within the Southern Regions
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern IT systems such as MS 365, MS dynamics, and Works Management Systems. This role requires someone with a passion for continuous process improvement, with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable way. Applicants will have a good understanding of business process as well as excellent organisation and time management abilities.
Due to the nature of the role - Traveling to various sites is required.
Digital Transformation Analyst
Location: Northern Regions
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week.
Salary: £40 000.00 per annum
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
Working with various stakeholders regarding new and existing digital process’s and improvements needed.Strategise workflows for process modernisation in support of continuous improvement.Interact with various stakeholdersReview of process’s for implementationUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign offs related to thisLiaise with developers regarding feedback on UAT.Collaborating with team to gain understanding of current workflows / process’s and how to improve them.Introducing new systems within the wider business
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
Full UK Driving License is requiredDrive and passion for continuous process improvementAble to speak to liaise with all levelsKnowledge of project management tools and methodologiesOrganisational skills and ability to meet challenging deadlinesProactively and independently manage projects and maintain skills within the department2 years’ experience within a similar roleAbility to work to lean and agile standards and methodologies
