Are you a digital strategist with a passion for personalisation, e-commerce, and CRO? We''re seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Lead to join our Commercial Digital team on a fixed-term basis. The start date for this role will be Jan 2026. This is a key role shaping the future of our digital strategy, with a focus on personalisation, e-commerce, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). You''ll lead initiatives that improve how customers experience billing and on-site journeys, ensuring interactions are personalised, seamless, and commercially effective. Lead on initiatives that improve customer billing experiences and on-site journeys, ensuring interactions are personalised, seamless, and commercially effective.Shape and drive digital strategy with a focus on personalisation, e-commerce, and CRO.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to secure buy-in across levels, including senior leadership.Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce and CRO, with a track record of delivering measurable digital outcomes.Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable insights (awareness of digital analytics tools such as GA4 beneficial).Demonstrated ability to proactively identify digital opportunities and turn them into clear, deliverable strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to secure buy-in across teams and senior leadership.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment, able to prioritise and adapt quickly.Experience with personalisation in digital customer journeys.Familiarity with digital analytics and audience management.Experience presenting strategies and insights to senior audiences in a clear, compelling manner.Company context
