Digital Solutions Analyst/Business AnalystYork Hybrid 3 days on site Contract £400 - £500 per day INSIDEHays Technology are looking for a skilled Digital Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst to join a solutions and change team and play a key role in delivering digital transformation across the organisation. You''ll work with senior stakeholders to shape digital solutions, define requirements, build business cases and ensure projects deliver measurable value. Your new roleLead requirements gathering, analysis and solution definition for digital projects.Facilitate workshops and map current/future processes.Produce business cases and support benefits tracking.Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and user-focused designs.Work closely with developers and suppliers throughout delivery.Design and run UAT/testing, ensuring a smooth transition into service.Provide clear documentation, training and progress reporting.What you''ll need to succeedExperience as a Business or Solutions Analyst across the delivery lifecycle.Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Confident analysing requirements, processes and user needs.Knowledge of agile principles and service/user-journey design techniques.Knowledge of JIRAUAT / TESTING / Ability to create Test ScriptsA background working in a Higher Education environment would be preferred.
