To print and finish in-house printed materials, including discussing user needs to clarify requirements and advising on appropriate options to meet user requirements. 2. To create text documents and graphics for in house reproduction using a range of software applications including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, etc. 3. To ensure that multi-functional devices (printer/photocopiers) in LRS and the library are operational and stocked with ink/paper/toner as required. 4. To maintain LRS supplies and ensure that they are replenished in a timely fashion. 5. To extract information from weekly till roll and preparing bulk copying figures for internal billing purposes and to prepare a lodgement sheet for the finance department. 6.
