Digital Services Administrator
to join our Partnerships Digital team. This role will assist with the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support and continuous improvement of our Business Hub, an online hub containing contracts, tools and documents, covering a range of topics, including employment, health and safety and trading and contracts. In Partnerships, we provide services and products to membership organisations, professional trade associations, Fintechs and other specialist insurance services providers.We are flexible on the location of the role and this can be based from either our Leeds Manchester, Birmingham, Rugby or Croydon offices one or two days per week, working from home the remaining days.What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain our client mailbox and respond to queries and requestsCover our live chat feature in core hours with colleaguesMaintain our document and content management systemAssist with testing of new features and bug fixesProvide monthly stats and reports internally and for partnersAct as the point of contact for our team with other areas of the business and our clientsMonitor our online platform for any technical or administrative errorsHelp define how we develop our website and share ideasEnsure any required updates are implemented to deadlineOur Must Haves
Ability to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teamsA passion to learn and gain knowledgeConscientious, creative with attention to detailAbility to visualise and communicate ideasExperience of MS Office/ExcelAbility to multitask and prioritise daily workloadExcellent oral and written communications skillsExcellent organisational skillsAn interest or passion for technology, systems and processes would be helpfulWho We Are
