Digital Security and Network Technician

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Cybersecurity and Networking Technician to join a growing retail business in the West Midlands. Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you will support the security, maintenance, and performance of our client s network infrastructure and IT systems. KEY DUTIES Assist in monitoring IT systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Support the investigation and escalation of security alerts and incidents. Help maintain endpoint protection, antivirus, and security software. Assist with user access management and password security processes. Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies and best practices. Help promote cybersecurity awareness across the business.
