JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is seeking a skilled Digital Samples Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing digital samples for Burberry. Your main responsibilities include managing shoot deadlines and ensuring efficient planning processes. While primarily supporting one division, you will also assist across other divisions as needed.Your work is vital to the success of Burberry.com sales, emphasizing high standards of imagery quality and consistency. You will collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and studio teams to ensure studio sets meet brand standards.RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily studio shoots and support set updatesManage shoot lists, source samples, prioritize products, and create shoots in FloCoordinate with the styling team on shoots, seasonal styling, and sample needsDevelop product expertise within your divisionBuild relationships with stakeholders including Product Development, Merchandising, Press, Styling, and ShowroomSource and track products from various locations such as Showrooms, Press, PD, Merchandising, and WarehousesMaintain product information in FloParticipate in Change In Production meetings to assess material readinessContribute to initiatives like Runway, festive gifting, and seasonal lookbooksManage sample movements using Flo and SAPMaintain strong product knowledge of your divisionCommunicate regularly with management to meet monthly deadlinesWork mainly in the office with the flexibility to work from home once a weekPERSONAL PROFILE
Experience in product management or studio work is advantageousProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMEASURES OF SUCCESS
