Digital Project Support Officer Location: Cardiff Working arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Salary: £32,000 Contract: Fixed term until November 2027 VIQU has partnered with a specialist NHS healthcare organisation providing essential services across Wales, seeking a Digital Project Support Officer to support the delivery of a variety of digital projects. This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative project environment, supporting Project Managers and project boards to ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards, timescales and budgets. The successful candidate will play a key role in project administration, reporting, coordination and monitoring, while taking ownership of designated project activities. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Project Support Officer Support the planning, coordination and delivery of digital projects. Provide administrative and organisational support to Project Managers and project boards. Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and objectives. Take ownership of designated project activities and monitor their delivery. Prepare project reports, documentation and meeting minutes. Facilitate project activities and support effective communication. Help ensure projects meet agreed time, cost and quality requirements. Support the wider objectives of the programme.
