Digital Project Manager (AI and Automation)

Digital Project Manager (AI andamp; Automation) Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of AI and automation initiatives within a fast-moving transformation environment. This is a hands-on role for a strong, practical Project Manager who is genuinely interested in AI, automation and how technology can improve business processes. You do not need to be an experienced AI Project Manager. We are open to candidates who have developed their interest in AI and automation through their own research, industry knowledge, training or experience and can demonstrate a clear understanding of how these technologies can be applied in a commercial environment. This is not a traditional large-scale project management role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working at pace, looking at individual processes and interactions, identifying opportunities for automation and helping turn those ideas into practical solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of small to medium-sized AI and automation projects from idea through to implementation. Work with business teams to understand existing processes, pain points and opportunities for automation. Review a high volume of business interactions and processes to identify where AI or automation could improve efficiency, quality or customer experience.
