About the Role
We''re looking for a Digital Press Operator to join our team in Harrogate and run our HP Indigo printing press. This is a hands-on role where you''ll take ownership of the full printing process - from preparing materials through to delivering high-quality prints ready for finishing.

Working Hours

What You''ll Be Doing
- Prepare and check raw materials, ensuring they meet required specifications
- Operate the HP Indigo digital press to produce high-quality prints
- Complete documentation for production tracking and quality control
- Carry out process checks and collaborate with Quality Control for approvals
- Follow production plans and meet deadlines set by the Planning Manager
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Escalate technical issues to the Digital Technician when needed
- Hand over completed work for post-press finishing
What We''re Looking For
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ideally 0-2 years'' experience in printing or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive, flexible approach in a fast-moving environment
- Technical mindset with willingness to support other departments
- Experience with HP Indigo machines is a plus (but not essential)
