We''re looking for an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to join a high-profile digital project, developing performance measurement frameworks, analysing service and product performance, and translating data into actionable recommendations.This is an opportunity to influence how digital services are measured, evaluated and improved, working closely with project teams and digital specialists to deliver meaningful outcomes.Responsibilities: Build performance frameworks - develop and adapt measurement approaches to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy of digital services and products.Turn data into decisions - analyse qualitative and quantitative data, creating compelling, evidence-based insights and recommendations for stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement - use performance findings to inform the iterative design and development of digital services.Evaluate analytics tools - work with project teams to identify, implement and validate appropriate tools against agreed performance frameworks.Champion data quality - ensure analysis is accurate, robust and reliable.Influence and collaborate - challenge thinking from a digital perspective and work alongside analytical professionals, particularly user researchers, to develop a rounded understanding of service ..... full job details .....
