London (3 days office)Our client is looking for a Digital Optimisation Manager to play a key role in improving the performance of their digital channels. This role focuses on analysing customer behaviour, managing experiments, and delivering insight-led improvements that enhance customer journeys and drive commercial results. You will work closely with trading, product, and UX teams to ensure optimisation activities align with business priorities.About the roleLead efforts to identify and implement site optimisation improvements across categories.Collaborate with category managers to prioritize experiment ideas into a backlog.Manage experiments through their lifecycle, ensuring proper setup and standardized analysis.Utilize data and analytics to understand site performance and customer behaviour, sharing insights with relevant teams.Support Product/UX teams with insights when exploring new experiences.Recommend new experiments or digital product enhancements based on insights to the Digital Product/UX teams.About youProven experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or analytics roles.Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics and experimentation tools.Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects ..... full job details .....
