Role/Team overview The Digital Optimisation Analyst is responsible for driving a high-performing, data-led digital experience across Sky Business platforms. The role focuses on turning user data into actionable insight, establishing meaningful performance metrics, and leading optimisation initiatives to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Acting as a data evangelist, this role champions a culture of continuous improvement across customer-facing digital journeys. What you''ll do Lead digital optimisation across Sky Business platforms, owning the A/B testing framework, experimentation backlog, and CRO roadmap Use analytics and insight tools to identify opportunities, delivering data-led recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion Manage and optimise onsite journeys, content, and funnels to enhance customer experience (CX) and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, developers, product, marketing) to deliver measurable improvements in web performance Translate experimentation outcomes into ..... full job details .....
