We are looking for a

Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive

to lead our digital marketing and social media efforts and drive our topline revenue growth. You will work closely with the Directors of the business to develop and execute our digital marketing and social media strategy. You will guide our Content Creator Apprentice in the content required across all platforms and formats to execute the agreed strategy.About UsPremier Seeds Direct was started in 2007 to improve selections, quality and pricing in online seed retail. The business has grown to be a dependable online seed retailer with a small team of 18 based in Wilton, near Salisbury. The business has recently undergone a buyout and is positioned for growth in the hobby seed market.ResponsibilitiesWebsite management, including optimising content for SEO and conversion, creating seasonal content, and adding new information and products.Data Analytics: review website performance using GA4 and use insights to drive optimisations and campaigns.Direct Mail: execute direct mail campaigns, develop the direct mail strategy and measure performance.Social Media: develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram and Facebook, with both organic and paid approaches to grow followers.Key tools you will work with: WooCommerce / WordPress; MailChimp; Meta Suite.As a small business, you may be required to support operational activities during busy periods.What are we looking for?Positive can-do attitude with willingness to learn and grow with the business.2+ years experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in a B2C / e-commerce environment).Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media.Experience with data analytics (GA4).Strong communication and writing skills.Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Knowledge of gardening/growing is not essential but interest is helpful.What can we offer you?Opportunity to work in a small, growing family business and be a valued part of the team.Pension Scheme20 days annual leave (+ 8 bank holidays)Casual dress codeThis is a full-time on-site role with some flexibility around core hours of 9am-5pm.Job DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Packaging and Containers ..... full job details .....
