Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Officer with strong CRM and email marketing experience? We''re recruiting for a well-established organisation on a temporary full time basis where you''ll be part of a busy marketing team, working in a varied digital role delivering targeted campaigns that engage audiences and support the journey from initial interest through to enrolment.In the Digital Marketing Officer role, you will be: Developing and delivering engaging CRM, email and SMS marketing campaigns.Creating targeted and personalised content for different audiences and stages of the customer journey.Using CRM systems and analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Writing, editing and proofreading high-quality digital marketing content.Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and projects.Managing multiple campaigns and priorities, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with relevant requirements. To be successful in the Digital Marketing Officer role, you will need: Previous experience in a digital marketing role, with strong CRM and email marketing experience.Knowledge of email marketing, customer journeys, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.Experience using CRM systems and analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.Strong organisational and ..... full job details .....
