Digital Marketing Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Senior Sales and Digital Marketing /Social media Executive Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) Location: Leicester with 1-2 days each week supporting site in Coventry Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday Friday, plus ad-hoc Saturdays through year as required (day off in lieu if work a Saturday) We re looking for a talented Senior Sales and Marketing Executive who can help drive growth in the Chinese student market. This role blends digital sales and marketing, and team leadership, with a focus on engaging with students/parents in China. Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English language skills required. Due to the nature of this role we will need someone who is living in Leicester currently and is happy to drive/travel to Coventry when required. Ideally you will drive but this is not essential as other team members will be able to provide transport. We are looking for a minimum of a 12 month contract or a permanent hire so we are happy to consider applicants ion PSW / Graduate visa''s and have at least 12 months left to work without restriction. Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Engagement Respond to and follow up on enquiries via multiple platforms, with a focus on online chat, WeChat, and WeChat Mini Programme. Support and guide sales teams on best practice when engaging with Chinese-speaking customers. Create and deliver China-specific sales tools, including sales packs and training for partner agencies.
