As

Digital Marketing Manager , youll lead and deliver engaging digital strategies that drive results across paid, organic, and owned channels. Youll take ownership of your client accounts, plan campaigns, and guide a talented in-house team to bring fresh ideas to life.Responsibilities include:Developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Leading on paid media (PPC, social ads), SEO, email, and content strategy

Managing client relationships and acting as the go-to contact for campaign performance

Working with designers and content creators to deliver compelling creative

Analysing performance data to continuously improve results

Supporting business growth with fresh thinking and a proactive approach

?? What We''re Looking For

3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally agency-side

Strong knowledge of paid and organic marketing strategies

Proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns

Experience working with hospitality or lifestyle brands is a

big plus

Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills

Creative, adaptable, and not afraid to challenge the norm
