      <description>Location: Leicester | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital marketing activity across the Sytner Group.  This is a key role within the Group Marketing team, responsible for overseeing digital performance, guiding investment across all brands and dealerships, and ensuring our digital channels deliver measurable business results.  The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of digital marketing with strong commercial awareness, helping to maximise returns from our media spend while identifying new opportunities to drive enquiries, leads and sales.        Key Responsibilities:    Oversee digital marketing strategy across the Sytner Group.  Manage and optimise investment across Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital channels.  Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance, ensuring spend is aligned to business objectives and delivers strong ROI.
