Our client is a growing UK business looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation and digital marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine SEO, email marketing, website optimisation and content creation to drive a consistent flow of qualified leads and deliver measurable business growth.

There is also the opportunity to participate within the wider business; for example, improving internal communications, input to the new eCommerce website and working with the Management Team to bring ideas, strategy and influence the success of the overall business.

• Drive digital lead generation campaigns across key target markets
• Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns
• Improve SEO performance, organic traffic and online visibility
• Enhance website performance, conversions and user journeys
• Create engaging content including blogs, case studies and service pages
• Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI
• Manage CRM data, lead nurturing and marketing automation
• Work closely with sales and leadership teams to maximise conversions

• 2+ years'' experience in digital marketing, lead generation or B2B marketing
• Strong email marketing and campaign management experience
• Good understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Experience with HUBSPOT , website analytics and reporting
• WordPress or CMS experience
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills desirable
• Commercially focused with a data-driven approach

• Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience
• Marketing automation experience
• Experience within B2B services, compliance, facilities management or engineering

• -40,000 - -45,000 salary
