Digital Marketing Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing regional law form based in Marks Tey, Colchester as a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute Holmes and Hills Solicitors'' digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on managing and optimising the firm''s website and supporting paid advertising. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning, digital content creation, SEO, and performance management. The successful candidate will take ownership of all aspects of the firm''s digital presence, particularly website performance, keyword rankings, and content development, ensuring best practice is applied across all platforms. This role will be based in our Marks TeyA12 Commercial Hub and we are open to hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office 2 days from home). Key responsibilities include: Develop and manage the firm''s overall digital marketing strategy to support business growth and client engagement.Oversee the day-to-day management of the firm''s websites, including content updates, SEO optimisation, keyword targeting, and site performance monitoring.Liaise with the firm''s external web agency to resolve technical issues, implement improvements, and support larger-scale development work.Ensure robust SEO practices are in place, including keyword research, content structuring, internal linking, and securing high-quality backlinks.Plan, create, and edit video content for use on the firm''s website and ..... full job details .....
