Digital Marketing Manager Google Ads / PPC Francesca s Recruitment Ltd Confidential Client Mansfield, Nottinghamshire £40,000 £50,000 per annum Full-time Permanent Office Based Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm Francesca s Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established Mansfield-based business for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital growth across three established e-commerce brands. With combined annual sales of approximately £10m and a target of £12m, this is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to take genuine commercial responsibility, with direct access to the company owners, a significant marketing budget and an established team. The Role As Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver the Group s digital marketing strategy, with responsibility for increasing online sales, brand awareness, customer acquisition and overall marketing performance. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the Group s digital marketing strategy. Manage a substantial Google Ads / PPC budget and maximise ROI. Lead and develop the digital marketing and e-commerce team. Take ownership of digital marketing performance and budgets. Manage Magento agencies and external digital partners. Oversee PPC, SEO, email, social media and wider digital activity. Identify new customer acquisition and revenue opportunities. Use data and analytics to improve marketing performance and conversion.
