The role: - Develop and deliver the digital strategy supporting both brand and business growth - Lead and develop the Digital team by setting clear priorities, nurturing talent and driving high performance. - Own the digital marketing budget ensuring investment is effectively allocated and delivers strong commercial returns. - Oversee paid media activity across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant marketing platforms -Lead social, influencer and content strategy growing brand awareness, engagement and brand loyalty across Europe - Drive D2C, eCommerce and customer growth focusing on acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchase - Manage agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders ensuring strong collaboration and effective campaign delivery. - Drive the use of new digital technologies and AI to improve ..... full job details .....
