Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who loves bringing fresh ideas to life and knows how to deliver high impact campaigns that excite, engage and convert. You ll report to the Global Head of Marketing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage a Social Media Executive to deliver high-impact, innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including Paid Social, Organic Social, Email, PPC, SEO, SMS, and Display. Take hands-on ownership of Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, ensuring strong performance against KPIs. Manage the digital marketing budget, optimising spend to deliver excellent ROAS and efficiency. Plan and oversee the digital campaign calendar, including new product launches. Develop engaging content for social, email, and web, with a focus on audience growth and engagement. Spot opportunities to enhance consumer engagement and deliver brand-building activations. Beneficial to have experience with Amazon and TikTok campaigns or managing an Amazon / TikTok agency Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative across all channels.
