As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support their online presence, brand awareness, and internal communications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing who enjoys creating engaging content and working closely with project teams.

The Role

• Managing and developing social media accounts, including regular content creation and posting.
• Supporting the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the company website.
• Visiting project sites to capture photography and content for marketing purposes.
• Creating engaging content that showcases projects, people, and company achievements.
• Tracking digital engagement, analysing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve reach and visibility.
• Supporting internal communications and company updates.
• Assisting with wider marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Working closely with technical teams to understand projects and translate them into engaging marketing content.
• Ideally, experience within a consultancy, engineering, construction, or Tier One contractor environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within a digital marketing role, ideally within the built environment, engineering, construction, or professional services sector.
• Confident managing social media platforms and digital content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with an eye for engaging content and storytelling.
• Comfortable attending project sites to capture photography and content.
• Experience monitoring engagement, analytics, and campaign performance.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
