Delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generationBuilding and controlling marketing schedules to ensure deadlines are metCreating and sending promotional emails, from data selection through to reporting on performanceKeeping websites and digital assets updated, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelinesManaging and distributing data responsibly, in line with GDPR and internal protocolsCompiling timely and accurate campaign reports that demonstrate clear value and ROI for customersCollaborating with editorial, sales, and project teams to bring campaigns to lifeChampioning digital best practices and guiding internal stakeholdersWhat you’ll need
A demonstrable passion for digital marketing, with a curious mindset and keen interest in learning new toolsA solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trendsImaginative marketer with a proven talent for crafting fresh, engaging content that captivates and convertsExcellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively and work to strict deadlinesEnthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive with fantastic teamwork, collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional attention to detailExperience with online content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Marketo) desirableThe ability to occasionally travel to our London office for meetings with the London-based Retail Week teamsCompany Benefits and Initiatives Include
