Digital Marketing Executive Location: Blackburn (Hybrid) Salary: Flexible (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm About the Opportunity We re partnering with a well-established, international business to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of their digital presence and drive measurable growth across the UK market. This is a hands-on role, focused purely on digital strategy, campaigns, optimisation, and analytics. You will help grow our online presence, improve campaign performance, and provide guidance across the business on digital best practices. Key Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, and other digital channels. Manage website performance, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and analytics to drive measurable results. Take ownership of digital projects from start to finish, working independently and proactively. Provide digital expertise and guidance for cross-functional teams and potentially other regions in the future. Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to the Marketing Manager. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital initiatives.
