The RoleWe are looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategies. This hands-on position is ideal for an individual with a passion for digital channels, both managing and optimising — as well as setting up new digital strategies from scratch.

This role will report into the Digital Channels Lead.

Responsibilities

Manage core Paid Digital Advertising (PPC and Digital Display): Execute and optimise Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and digital display campaigns across platforms including creative assets, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance monitoring.

Support with the execution of 1-2-1 channels such as e-mail and in-app messages: Working with the wider channel team to deliver direct communications.

Support with website developments and SEO: Working with the wider channel team to make updates to the website, create landing pages and improve our SEO ranking.

Reporting and Measurement: Monitor digital campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest optimisations.

Brand champion: Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Budget Management: Manage the digital budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Who We Are Looking ForThe skills, experience, and aptitudes we are looking for are listed below but please don’t be discouraged from applying if you don’t meet every single one of these criteria – having a “can do” attitude is sometimes more important than being able to tick every box:

Bachelor''s degree

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with exposure to PPC or digital advertising

Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics

Familiarity with digital display advertising concepts

Basic understanding of SEO principles

Experience or understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) for website updates

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights

Excellent attention to detail

Budget management experience

Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
