Digital Marketing Executive | Full-Time (4 DAY WEEK) | Leeds, West Yorkshire | £30,000 per annumPermanent | Office-Based | Monday to Thursday | Central Leeds (2 mins from train station)We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time role across 4 days (9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday) - perfect if you’re seeking a better work-life balance without compromising on variety, challenge, or career growth.At PS Website Design, we’re an established company with over 15 years’ experience, specialising in bespoke websites, custom systems, AI integrations, and digital marketing. Marketing Automation and CRM

Support the evaluation and implementation of automation toolsHelp build workflows, lead nurturing journeys, and trigger-based campaignsAssist with client CRM improvements and segmentation

CRM Onboarding

Support setup and configuration of new CRM systems for clientsAssist with contact imports, tagging, and user setupHelp map and build initial workflows for lead capture and follow-upCreate simple CRM guides or training videos for internal/client useTest and review onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start

Social Media and Content

Manage scheduling and content across major platformsDevelop creative ideas and help shape brand tone/vibeTrack engagement and report on performance

Paid Media and Campaigns

Support with the setup and monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaignsWrite and test ad copy variationsAnalyse and report on campaign effectiveness

Email Marketing

Build, test, and send campaigns using platforms like MailchimpOptimise subject lines, CTAs, and layoutsTrack and report on performance metrics

Landing Pages and Conversion

Help plan and optimise landing page structuresCollaborate with design and dev teams on content, layout, and testingMonitor and improve page conversion performance

SEO and Analytics

Assist with keyword research, metadata, and on-page optimisationMonitor rankings, site traffic, and technical issuesUse tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and aHrefs

Copywriting and AI Prompting

Write compelling short-form content for ads, emails, and social postsSupport with prompt creation for AI tools like ChatGPTMaintain consistent, brand-aligned messaging

What we’re looking for

3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or client side)Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressureConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsPractical experience with social media, email marketing, and digital contentKnowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics toolsExperience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)A collaborative approach and a positive attitudeWhat we offer
