The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering high-performing digital campaigns by combining technical expertise with content collaboration. This role owns and optimises marketing platforms, supports campaign tracking and reporting, and supports publishing of digital content including landing pages and blogs. It bridges the gap between data, tech, and storytelling to ensure seamless execution across digital channels.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and collaborative, with skills in marketing automation, website management, and digital content delivery.Responsibilities
Own and optimise HubSpot marketing automation (emails, workflows, segmentation)Create and publish landing pages and blogs in collaboration with content colleaguesCoordinate and brief website developments (ticket creation, testing, QA)Campaign administration in Salesforce and HubSpotRun regular performance reporting and dashboards (Salesforce, GA4, HubSpot)Support Marketing and Commercial teams on campaign executionAudit and improve tracking setup and data accuracy, collaborating with Business Intelligence colleaguesCollaborate with Head of Marketing on MarTech stack efficiencyIdentify and share ideas to improve performance and efficiency across our channels and technology stackCore Knowledge and Skills
EssentialExperience with marketing automation and workflows (preferably HubSpot)Strong understanding of campaign tracking and analyticsProficiency in reporting, data and analyticsAbility to manage technical briefs and QA processesDetail-oriented and data-driven mindsetDesirableExperience in agency, B2B or technical environmentsFamiliarity with Salesforce and CMS platformsExperience in digital optimisation and lead trackingExperience briefing developers and managing a backlogOutline of Typical Goals and OKRs for the role
