      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Digital Manager - CRM, Emails and Analytics is responsible for overseeing the Church of England''s CRM (Salesforce), email marketing (including Mailchimp), and digital analytics. The role leads on developing audience-led strategies, improving user journeys, and ensuring campaigns are data-driven and effective across channels. We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Manager to oversee and enhance key digital tools and engagement strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the Church of England''s use of email marketing and audience strategy.  This role will use the tools introduced by the Digital Team in recent years to transform the way we reach key audiences. You will act as a bridge between digital and teams across the organisation, looking for opportunities to connect with communities and equip colleagues to reach audiences in an informed way.
