This is an exciting opportunity at a transformative time within CJBS to join a proactive and dedicated digital learning team.The role holder will work as part of a dedicated service delivery team supporting the operational delivery and development of the learning platform and associated technologies. Acting as the point of contact for professional and academic colleagues, the role holder will provide day-to-day support for users, responding to and solving service desk enquiries focusing on Moodle and our other learning platforms; and will support the operational delivery and development of platform services to include technical support, the creation of custom guidance, and service-wide documentation.The successful candidate will become a key part of the Business School''s Digital Learning team and will understand digital learning technologies and platforms, ideally from within an educational setting. They will demonstrate a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and service delivery and be interested in building on their educational qualifications, background, and experience to help develop an exceptional support service for all users.Internal applicants wishing to undertake a secondment are welcome to apply.
