Responsible for engaging with stakeholders to identify learning needs, and then creating high-quality, engaging digital learning content to upskill and empower our staff, volunteers and delivery partners to better support young people. This fully funded role runs until 30th September 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK. You will lead a small team, ensuring that we effectively engage with our stakeholders, understand their needs, and work with them to create digital learning content that delivers against learning outcomes, working right across the training cycle.
