It''s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for digital learning and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design and Content DevelopmentCreate engaging learning materials including presentations, user guides, videos and digital contentTranslate technical information into clear, user-friendly resourcesCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content reflects real business processesMaintain consistent, high-quality content aligned to best practiceTraining Operations and CoordinationManage learning content across platforms (e.g. intranet, learning hubs)Maintain training schedules, course records and documentationAct as the main point of contact for training queriesCoordinate training sessions (virtual and in-person), including logistics and communicationsSupport administration tasks such as reporting, compliance, and purchase ordersContinuous Improvement and FeedbackGather and analyse ..... full job details .....
