Digital Learning Developer Location: Edinburgh (3 days onsite)Duration: 12 months Day rate: up to £250 p/d (inside ir35) Join a forward-thinking Operational Learning team on a mission to transform how learning is designed and delivered across a global organisation. With a strong focus on skills-based development, this role plays a key part in advancing modern learning strategies, particularly through the expansion of engaging and scalable microlearning solutions.As a Digital Learning Developer, you will design and deliver innovative, high-impact digital learning experiences that drive engagement, improve knowledge retention, and enhance on-the-job performance. Working with agile tools and methodologies, you will create a wide range of interactive content including E-learning modules, animations, simulations, infographics, assessments, and learning games.
