Digital Learning Designer

Our client, a leading organisation in the technology sector, is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to join its Digital Delivery team on a permanent basis. Based in Paddington or Southampton, the role will focus on designing, developing and maintaining engaging digital learning solutions that support colleague capability, business performance and organisational change across a global business.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, blended learning assets, videos, job aids, assessments and performance support materialsWork with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and translate requirements into engaging, accessible and effective learning experiencesApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention, behavioural change and operational performanceManage the end-to-end development lifecycle for digital learning projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standardsMeasure learning effectiveness using learner feedback, completion data and business performance indicators to support continuous improvementSupport the localisation, translation and adaptation of learning content for global and multi-language audiencesCollaborate with wider teams on learning campaigns, change initiatives and digital adoption programmesManage content within the Learning Management System, including uploading and assigning learning, and ..... full job details .....
