Digital Learning and Platforms Developer Salary: £37,207 £42, 070 Location: Hybrid, Cambridge or Fully Remote This role is central to shaping and delivering the Foundation s digital learning offer. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play a key role in building partnerships across the sector, supporting engagement with practitioners, and helping to extend the reach and impact of the Foundation s work. You will work closely with senior colleagues, programme teams, and external partners to translate organisational strategy into practical, scalable digital solutions. The role combines hands-on platform management with strategic input into the design and delivery of digital learning. You will lead improvements in user experience and accessibility, coordinate the development of high-quality learning resources, and use data, feedback and emerging tools such as AI where appropriate to drive continuous improvement. Core focus areas for this role include: Translating organisational strategy into scalable digital solutions by working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational priorities and long-term goals. Building and leveraging strategic partnerships to accelerate delivery, enhance capability, and enable the successful implementation of scalable digital solutions.
