The company has an opportunity for an experienced Digital Label Printer Operator of our Reflex Labels site in Barwell. Role:As a Digital Label Printer Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining HP Indigo digital printing presses to produce high-quality self-adhesive and flexible labels.This role requires expertise in colour management, press operation, job setup, and post-press quality checks.You operator will work closely with the prepress and finishing teams to ensure that production schedules and customer quality expectations are met. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor HP Indigo digital presses (e.g., HP Indigo 6K/6900/20000) for label printing.Review print job specifications, including material type, print layout, and finishing instructions.Conduct job setup including substrate loading, colour calibration, and ink configuration.Perform regular maintenance, press calibrations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Verify print quality through visual checks, colour matching, and print registration.Ensure jobs are completed on time, ..... full job details .....
