This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team of skilled technicians, dedicated to maintaining a robust, high-performing, and modern ICT infrastructure.The Digital Infrastructure Technician will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the NSFT Trust''s IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for the implementation, support, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of core digital systems, ensuring they operate reliably and effectively to meet the needs of the organisation.Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Digital Services such as Service Desk, Field Support and Systems teams, the post holder will contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital services.We would also consider applications from individuals interested in part-time secondment opportunities for this role, subject to service requirements.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will possess extensive experience in supporting and deploying a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft server operating systems and applications, Cisco networking and telephony equipment, Azure cloud services, SQL databases and Veeam backup solutions.
