The role will be responsible for developing and implementing ISO 19650-compliant information requirements and processes, ensuring high-quality digital data is delivered by contractors and the wider supply chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs), BIM Execution Plans and related information management processes. Support commercial and legal teams with BIM requirements for contracts, PQQs and tenders. Review contractor and supplier submissions to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements. Act as the key point of contact for project-specific digital information, resolving technical and information management issues.
