Digital Information Manager (BIM)We are seeking an experienced Digital Information Manager (BIM) to lead digital information and BIM management across a major energy infrastructure framework in Scotland.The role will be responsible for developing and implementing ISO 19650-compliant information requirements and processes, ensuring high-quality digital data is delivered by contractors and the wider supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs), BIM Execution Plans and related information management processes.Support commercial and legal teams with BIM requirements for contracts, PQQs and tenders.Review contractor and supplier submissions to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements.Act as the key point of contact for project-specific digital information, resolving technical and information management issues.Support the setup and management of Common Data Environments (CDEs) in line with ISO 19650.Lead BIM Coordinators in model coordination, federation and clash detection across multiple workstreams.Manage and validate information across multiple digital systems, software platforms and data environments.Experience and SkillsSignificant experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or Information Manager on major infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, UK BIM Framework and information management best practice.Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 or other CDE platforms.Strong CAD ..... full job details .....
