Many of the apprentices they have taken on across multiple disciplines have progressed within the business so it is an excellent company to grow with.What will I be doing?Become a super user of Sage, Evertime Payroll and Paycircle to process, update and maintain accurate payroll data, following organisational procedures and digital best-practice standardsAct as the first point of contact for payroll enquiries received via phone, email and ticketing systems, resolving issues promptly or escalating them appropriately through digital workflowsCreate, manage and store high-quality payroll documentation usingMicrosoft Word and Excel, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with data-handling requirementsUse digital communication and collaboration tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and shared information systems to support smooth workflows and effective information managementWork closely with internal teams to gather, verify and clarify payroll information, using digital systems to ensure data integrity, secure storage and accurate processingApply digital problem-solving skills to streamline tasks, improve payroll processes and ..... full job details .....
