The role: Digital Experimentation Lead - 12m FTC You''ll join our Experimentation team as a Lead, helping British Airways build digital products through evidence rather than assumption. Leading a team of up to two, you''ll own our experimentation programme across and our app, setting the standard for how tests are delivered and ensuring every change can be linked to its impact on customers and commercial performance.
