You will develop 3D models, visualisations and 4D construction sequencing models to support project delivery, tender submissions, method statements and client presentations. Working closely with project managers, planners and the BIM team, you will help deliver high-quality digital outputs that support construction planning, project coordination and buildability. Key Responsibilities Develop 3D models and visualisations using Revit and other relevant software. Produce renders, animations and digital outputs for tenders, method statements and client presentations. Create 4D construction sequencing models using Synchro, linking models to construction programmes. Work with planners and project managers to develop detailed construction sequences. Support the BIM Coordinator with model reviews, clash detection and coordination activities. Ensure digital deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards and agreed deadlines.
