Digital Engineering Manager

Support growth within our customer technology product and platform engineering practiceAdvise clients on how to build product and platform engineering capabilities and teamsBuild strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platformsLead engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmesCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products and solutionsProvide input to technology and engineering thought leadership to our clients and teamsMaximise team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career developmentContribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and attend eventsQualifications

6 years+ experience leading front end, product or platform engineering teams/squadsExperience of building on top of one of the main cloud vendors (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with Cloud Native Design and integrating cloud services directly into complex solutionsPrevious experience in software engineering senior roles (e.g. Engineering Lead, Team Lead)Extensive experience in agile environments for digital product creationBroad experience in modern engineering practices including: Systems Architecture; Front End Engineering; Platform and SRE Engineering; Quality Engineering; Cloud Native Development; Quality Engineering and DevSecOpsComfortable in articulating trends in technology and engineering practicesExperience improving speed and quality outcomes using modern engineering practicesSet yourself apart

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with MBA or Masters preferredWhat’s In It For You
