They’re an inspiring bunch.Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:Digital Content StrategyPartner with Ads/ eCommerce Trading Managers to create a data-led content strategy for performance media and digital shelf, regularly shape to improve effectiveness and efficiencyDigital Content CreationManage internal/ external teams to deliver high quality assets on time, exceeding standards and driving improvements on key performance metrics (click through rate, conversion rate, Average Order Value, incremental ROAS and CAC)Work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure assets aligned with brand strategy, visual identity and creative guidelinesPerformance Tracking, Reporting and OptimisationLead weekly A/B testing and optimization, distilling learnings into actionable format and sharing best practice across teams for rapid adoptionProcess Development and ImprovementEstablish and refine content production workflows from creative development to testing and optimizationBuild aligned and effective processes to accelerate speed-to-market and enhance cross-functional collaborationStakeholder, Team, Agency ManagementAct as the go-to expert for digital content for the region, educating and aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and external partnersCoach and manage internal/ external teams and challenge agencies to continuously raise performance standardsAre You Ready to Show Us What Youve Got?While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.Here’s what we are looking for:Essential:Min 5 years in similar roles from eCommerce/ performance media agencies (preferably Amazon), with experience in Beauty and Personal CareExperience in digital shelf content optimization across for various .com and performance media channelsStrong understanding of creative development processes, measures and networks with creative professionalsProficient in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Animate) or equivalent toolsFamiliarity with generative AI and content tools (e.g., Salsify, Brand Bank)Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to balance strategic vision with hands-in deliverySelf-driven, able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentData-driven with a growth-mindset, agile and adaptableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable:Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Goods or Retail industryProficiency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish) is a plusWhat we offerCompetitive salary, Hybrid working possible (2 days in the office), bonus, employee assistance programme, life assurance, discounted Edgewell branded products, core working hours, 25 days annual leave, free beverage and snacks, sports and social club membership, casual smart dress code and a great boss!Now Take the Next StepIf you’re looking forward to progressing your career with us, then we’re looking forward to hearing from you.
