Hands-on Agile DeliveryTeam Leadership: Act as Scrum Master / Delivery Manager for software engineering teams on a day-to-day basis.Ceremony Management: Lead high-impact sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Flow Optimization: Actively remove blockers, manage scope, and maintain delivery momentum across sustained periods of active build.2.
