Digital Content Officer

We''re looking for a Digital Content Officer who can spot a good story - and the people who can help tell it - and make it work hard across our channels. You''ll create content from scratch, find fresh angles, and adapt and repurpose for different audiences and platforms. You''ll help shape and deliver our day-to-day content across web, email, social media and campaigns, commissioning content where needed, and finding opportunities to connect activity across channels. Social media will be an important part of the role, from creating and scheduling content to community management and social listening. Working closely with the Content Manager and colleagues across Content, Brand, Web, External Affairs and Membership, you''ll turn strategic priorities into practical content plans, manage a busy forward content calendar and coordinate delivery across teams. What you''ll do Spot opportunities for engaging content and stories, identifying the people, ideas and activity that will resonate with our members and audiences. Create, edit and repurpose content across web, email, social media and campaigns, adapting it for different channels and audiences. Own and manage the day-to-day digital content plan, maintaining the forward calendar and ensuring activity is coordinated and delivered on time.
