Provide high quality creative content, to visually communicate the message, including video, sound, photography and motion graphics. Edit video, sound and imagery to specification, to enable creation of e-learning training packages. To be fully conversant in the use of professional creative software on a Mac-based platform (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite and other associated software), and the use of video and stills cameras. Have a good understanding of IT networks, design services, file storage and file management etc. Maintain and update a central library of training assets including computer illustrations and content for e-learning packages. Embrace, identify and exploit new technologies and advances in creative media and visual communications, actively encouraging the use of the latest technological advances which will benefit the organisation.
