Overview

As Digital Content Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing Charlotte Tilbury''s magic to life online. From new product campaigns and brand activations to tech-led enhancements, you''ll support the delivery of compelling website and app content that excites customers and drives commercial performance. Collaborating with the Digital team, you''ll help create an innovative, engaging, and inspirational customer journey across our digital platforms.Responsibilities

Support CMS (Contentful) activity as a superuser, assisting with the creation, updates, and maintenance of website and app content.Lead on the setup and maintenance of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for new product launches and business-as-usual activations.Work with the Digital Translation team to ensure designated site and app areas are localised for international markets.Execute daily updates to the app home and shop pages, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and on brand.Collaborate with the wider Digital Content team to deliver seamless NPD product launches and seasonal offers, ensuring all assets are uploaded to the CMS on time.Support the creation of app landing pages aligned with campaign and business requirements.Maintain and update loyalty scheme rewards and information pages, ensuring accuracy and visibility of the latest offers.Contribute to content execution for product finder tools across the website and app.Coordinate with trade teams on checkout content updates, ensuring the latest offers are correctly featured.Maintain and refresh help pages (terms and conditions, privacy policy, cookies policy, FAQs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.Assist in the moderation of user-generated content (UGC) in line with brand guidelines.Support monthly site and app audits, ensuring content assets (imagery, copy, video) are rights-compliant and seasonally refreshed.Collaborate with the eCommerce Trade team to help optimise content for commercial performance.Contribute to the creation of Free Gift with Purchase marketing messaging across site and app.Qualifications

Educated to degree levelStrong interest in Digital and Ecommerce, with a focus on contentComfortable working in a fast-paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targetsAbility to prioritise tasks and manage own timeHighly organised, with strong attention to detailGenuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeBoth creative and numericalAn innovative, limitless thinker and problem solverEager to learn and values continued self-developmentExperience working in Ecommerce and with CMS platforms (Contentful) a plusBenefits
