Digital Construction Manager

An opportunity to join our award-winning digital team in Yorkshire as a Digital Construction Manager (BIM). Based from our Morley, Leeds office, this is a hybrid role split between the office, project sites and home. You''ll primarily support our Yorkshire projects while also working collaboratively with our wider Northern digital construction team. As Digital Construction Manager, you''ll play a key role in planning, implementing and managing digital processes throughout the lifecycle of our construction projects, from bid through to handover. Working across multiple projects and stages, you''ll support our internal teams, consultants and supply chain partners to make sure digital information is effectively managed and project requirements are achieved. Key responsibilities include Support the Digital Management Team in implementing BIM processes and documentation aligned with ISO 19650. Manage and coordinate digital information across multiple projects from bid through to handover. Review models and project information, supporting quality, compliance and information management requirements. Work closely with Design Managers, site teams, consultants and supply chain partners to support effective digital delivery. Coordinate project deliverables including model information, COBie data, scanning, visualisation and logistics.
